Autoliv is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Project Management for their Bangalore office. This role will lead multiple automotive projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while managing global customers and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in automotive project management and stakeholder management.

Ansvarsområden

Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans.
Track project progress and proactively manage scope, schedule, and cost changes.
Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and regular updates.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Escalate issues to management when required.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Support budget planning and financial tracking activities.
Continuously develop and demonstrate leadership capabilities.

Krav

8-11 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with European customers (VW, Stellantis, Renault).
Experience working with Japanese customers (MSIL, Honda, Toyota).
Experience working with Korean customers (Hyundai, Kia).
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline from a reputed institution.
PMP Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience using project management tools and software.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
