ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems seeks a Senior Manager, Health & Safety to lead and execute the H&S strategy across Australia and New Zealand. This role involves strengthening safety culture, managing risk, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, and overseeing various safety programs and teams.

Ansvarsområden

Lead the Health & Safety strategy and transformation roadmap across Australia and New Zealand.
Partner with operational leaders to strengthen safety leadership and accountability.
Simplify and enhance safety systems, governance and reporting.
Lead incident investigations and drive effective corrective actions.
Oversee workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, regulatory requirements and company standards.
Manage safety audits, compliance frameworks and regulatory engagement.
Oversee technician licensing, competency and compliance management.
Build capability across the organisation through coaching and consultation.
Lead and develop a small Health & Safety team while influencing stakeholders.

Krav

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety or a related discipline.
Health & Safety leadership experience in a multi-site operational environment.
Demonstrated experience leading safety transformation and organisational change.
Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and regulatory requirements.
Experience managing audits, governance frameworks, investigations and compliance programs.
Experience managing workers' compensation and return-to-work outcomes.
Experience overseeing workforce compliance programs, licenses, competencies and training requirements.
Ability to influence senior leaders and drive operational ownership of safety.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Return-to-Work Coordinator training and ISO 45001 experience will be highly regarded.
