CyberCX, part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Manager in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) based in Perth. This role involves leading sizable security teams to deliver complex cyber security projects, managing client relationships, and mentoring consultants. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of GRC and over 10 years of cybersecurity experience.

Ansvarsområden

Assist customers in identifying and managing security risks.
Lead sizable teams to deliver complex cyber security projects in GRC and cross-practice engagements.
Prepare and present high-quality reports on security issues, recommendations, and solutions.
Support GRC Leadership in coaching and mentoring team members and developing delivery excellence.
Contribute to the development of customer relationships through strategic customer support.
Collaborate across CyberCX to add value and facilitate communication.
Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value.
Facilitate communication, partnerships, and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers.

Krav

Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
Minimum of 10 years of experience with Cybersecurity, Information, Communications & Technology projects.
Hold or have held one or more major security certifications (IRAP, CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor or Lead Implementor, PCI QSA).
Strong computer skills, particularly experienced working with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Project, and Visio.
Diplomatic, tactful, and empathic stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build sustainable, scalable solutions and processes.
A high performing and proficient consultant with a deep theoretical understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance.
Ability to perform complex projects independently.
Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner.
Attention to detail, proactive and organised individual.
