Lead, coach, and grow a group of 10+ senior and Staff machine learning engineers.
Set technical and team strategy for content understanding problems and create achievable plans.
Own delivery of high-priority company initiatives from problem shaping to measurable impact.
Act as a player-coach, leading technical strategy, reviewing designs, and guiding modeling/retrieval choices.
Define and champion practical use of AI tools for ML engineers to achieve productivity gains.
Partner with product, design, research, and other engineering leaders to align priorities.

Krav

Deep machine learning expertise and Staff-level technical judgment.
Comfortable getting hands-on when necessary.
Experience across NLP, audio/music content understanding, and recommender systems.
Track record of managing engineering teams and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Experience coaching senior and Staff engineers to grow their impact.
Clear point of view on using AI to improve ML engineer workflows and inspire adoption.
Strategic thinking, clear communication, and ability to balance long-term bets with near-term delivery.
