SEB is looking for a Senior Engineer in Virtual Hybrid Services in Vilnius to develop and maintain virtual workplace services, focusing on cloud adoption, platform modernization, and Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solutions. The role involves hands-on engineering with Citrix and Windows 365, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and driving modernization initiatives.

Ansvarsområden

Operate, maintain, and develop SEB’s virtual application and desktop delivery platforms.
Ensure stable, secure, and reliable service delivery using Citrix solutions.
Contribute to technical improvements and modernization initiatives.
Troubleshoot and maintain complex technical environments, including Citrix Cloud and Windows 365 integration.
Identify opportunities for automation, scripting, and improvements to the technical environment.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, security specialists, and technology partners.

Krav

Solid hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or comparable enterprise virtualization solutions.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and related infrastructure technologies.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining complex technical environments.
Understanding of infrastructure operations, change management, and service delivery processes.
Interest in automation, scripting, and continuous technical improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
Good communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with Citrix Cloud, Windows 365, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, PowerShell would be an advantage.
A strong technical foundation.
