Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and develop SEB’s virtual application and desktop delivery platforms.
- Ensure stable, secure, and reliable service delivery using Citrix solutions.
- Contribute to technical improvements and modernization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and maintain complex technical environments, including Citrix Cloud and Windows 365 integration.
- Identify opportunities for automation, scripting, and improvements to the technical environment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, security specialists, and technology partners.
Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or comparable enterprise virtualization solutions.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and related infrastructure technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining complex technical environments.
- Understanding of infrastructure operations, change management, and service delivery processes.
- Interest in automation, scripting, and continuous technical improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Citrix Cloud, Windows 365, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, PowerShell would be an advantage.
- A strong technical foundation.
