As a Senior Administrator for Support & Operations, you will provide advanced technical support for Linux and Red Hat Satellite, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure services meet quality standards. Ansvarsområden

Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents related to Linux and Red Hat Satellite, conducting thorough root cause analysis to implement effective solutions for technical and security challenges.
Adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements while ensuring compliance with company policies throughout support operations.
Manage and update the knowledge base, contributing to effective documentation and ongoing training for new team members and analysts.
Resolve complex support tickets within agreed SLAs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen security posture.
Drive customer satisfaction by achieving high first call resolution rates, minimizing rejected resolutions and case reopenings, and proactively mitigating security threats.

Krav

Advanced proficiency in Linux and Red Hat Satellite management.
Strong understanding of Red Hat Cluster technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
Familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks and processes.
Effective communication skills for customer interaction and team collaboration.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification is optional but valuable.
ITIL Foundation certification is recommended for best practices in service management.
