Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs.
Update and manage knowledge base articles and train new analysts.
Enhance customer experience by achieving first call resolution targets and minimizing case reopens.

Krav

In-depth knowledge of EMC PowerMax and PowerStore technologies.
Solid understanding of NetApp Block Storage solutions.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

EMC Proven Professional Certification in Storage Administration or related certifications is valuable.
ITIL Foundation Certification is valuable.
