We are seeking a Software Asset Analyst to manage software licenses, compliance, and optimization activities within ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro). The role focuses on maintaining accurate software entitlement data, supporting compliance initiatives, and identifying software cost-saving opportunities.

Ansvarsområden

Manage software asset lifecycle activities, from request through retirement, within ServiceNow SAM Pro.
Maintain software entitlements, contracts, and license records.
Perform compliance reviews and support software audits.
Identify unused and underutilized software licenses.
Execute license reclamation and optimization activities.
Monitor software inventory, normalization, and discovery data quality.
Partner with Procurement on software purchasing and renewal decisions.
Coordinate software harvesting, reclamation, and redeployment efforts.
Develop compliance, utilization, and cost optimization reports.
Establish and monitor KPIs and maturity metrics.

Krav

3+ years of Software Asset Management experience.
2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SAM Pro experience.
Knowledge of software licensing and compliance practices.
Experience supporting major software publishers (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, etc.).
Strong reporting and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

ITIL, IAITAM, or ServiceNow SAM certification preferred.
Experience supporting U.S.-based organizations.
Ability to overlap with Eastern Time business hours.
Experience working in global asset management operations.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
