Implement best practices in Zscaler and Palo Alto environments to maintain operational excellence.
Provide advanced support for complex incidents, performing root cause analysis for Zscaler DLP, CASB, and SSE.
Contribute to knowledge base management by documenting solutions and creating training materials.
Resolve complex support tickets within agreed SLAs, collaborating with other teams.
Enhance customer experience and Csat metrics through effective first call resolution strategies.

Krav

Proficiency in Zscaler, Palo Alto, and related security technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
Excellent communication skills for effective knowledge transfer and customer interaction.
Familiarity with incident management processes and ticketing systems.
