HCLTech is seeking a Senior PaaS Engineer (L2) with over 6 years of experience in enterprise Platform as a Service, cloud platforms, and containerized environments. The role involves platform administration, application deployment support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments.

Ansvarsområden

Administer and support enterprise PaaS and cloud application platforms.
Support application deployment, configuration, scaling, and platform lifecycle activities.
Manage and support Kubernetes/container-based platforms and related services.
Monitor platform availability, performance, capacity, logs, and application health.
Troubleshoot application deployment, container, connectivity, configuration, and platform issues.
Support PaaS services across AWS, GCP, and/or Microsoft Azure environments.
Perform platform patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and post-change validation.
Support CI/CD pipelines and application deployment automation.
Manage platform access, service accounts, certificates, secrets, and configuration parameters.
Support backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery activities.
Handle L2 incidents, service requests, problems, and escalations within defined SLAs.
Coordinate with Application, DevOps, Cloud, Database, Network, and Cybersecurity teams.
Maintain SOPs, runbooks, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
Participate in on-call and major incident support as required.

Krav

Strong experience in PaaS and Cloud Platform Operations.
Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Microsoft Azure PaaS services.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized application environments.
Understanding of application hosting, middleware, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps deployment processes.
Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent Infrastructure as Code/automation tools.
Experience with Linux and basic Windows platform administration.
Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, certificates, and application connectivity.
Experience with platform monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting tools.
Understanding of IAM, RBAC, secrets management, and platform security practices.
Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
Good troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and cross-team coordination skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Relevant AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Kubernetes, or Red Hat certifications preferred.
