We are seeking an experienced IT System Engineer to join our team in Zabierzów, Poland. You will take technical ownership of IT platforms, maintain and optimize infrastructure, manage virtualization, and support security. This role requires strong communication and technical skills, with a minimum of 3-4 years of IT experience.

Ansvarsområden

Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability of servers, services, and network systems.
Manage and develop VMware virtualization platforms, including R&D environments.
Support patch management and strengthen IT security across the organization.
Drive continuous improvements and establish IT standards and best practices.
Collaborate with global IT and R&D teams while maintaining accurate system documentation.
Install and assist with IT hardware and software.

Krav

At least 3–4 years as an IT professional.
Experience with networking, security, and managing distributed IT environments.
Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, HPE VME, or Proxmox) and Windows/Linux administration.
Familiarity with Active Directory, GPO, Intune, BigFix, Rapid7, and endpoint management tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with Linux and Windows server environments.
macOS experience is a plus.
Microsoft Defender (MDE) experience is a plus.
Scripting with PowerShell, Python.
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Service Now.
Knowledge of Git, GitLab-CI, Jenkins.
Willingness to learn more.
ITIL Foundation knowledge.
