The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing and delivering financial analyses, management reports, and business support for the Measurement Solutions Europe division, ensuring strong financial control, planning, and analysis. This role supports the European Management team in achieving business unit objectives.

Ansvarsområden

Supports the preparation of detailed financial analyses and reports for MSOL Headquarters entities, including annual budgets, cost reviews, and monthly POR activities.
Participates in the monthly financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial results and explanation of variances.
Reviews and validates cost center data and reconciles local and international supplier invoices.
Prepares, reviews, and ensures accurate reporting of monthly accruals for the Europe BU Headquarters.
Supports the preparation of financial presentations for management regarding headcount across MSOL Europe.
Manages headcount reporting for permanent and temporary employees.
Manages reporting to corporate headquarters and optimizes expense and service analyses.
Prepares routine analyses, ad hoc reports, and projects as requested by management.
Communicates effectively with direct management, regional HQ finance personnel, and global MSOL finance teams.
Performs ad hoc analyses whenever required.
Develops procedures related to reports and processes within the scope of responsibility.
Escalates technical and non-technical issues for prompt resolution.
Provides temporary support and backup coverage as requested.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance.
Advanced written and spoken English skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Experience with Oracle, HFM, and Hyperion systems is considered an advantage.
