ASSA ABLOY is looking for a SAP S/4HANA SD Regional Application Consultant to support business units in the Americas. The role involves providing SAP SD application support, managing continuous improvements, and executing rollout activities within a global SAP template framework. This position requires strong configuration skills and experience in end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes.
Ansvarsområden
- Serve as the primary SAP SD Regional Consultant for business units in the Americas.
- Provide SAP SD production support, incident resolution, and service request management.
- Configure and support SAP SD processes including Master Data, Quotations, Sales Orders, Pricing, ATP, Delivery, Billing, Returns, and Credit Management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with global SAP template.
- Work with technical teams to design, test, and deploy WRICEF objects.
- Support data migration activities for customer master, pricing conditions, and sales orders.
- Coordinate and execute system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for SAP SD processes.
- Participate in design reviews, deployment activities, and change control processes.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of SAP SD consulting, support, and solution delivery experience.
- Minimum 1 full lifecycle SAP implementations or S/4HANA rollout projects in SAP SD.
- Strong hands-on SAP SD configuration experience covering Quotations, Sales Contracts, Sales Order Management, Pricing, ATP, Delivery Processing, Billing, Returns, and Credit Management.
- Experience supporting regional or global SAP rollout programs.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes and integration points with MM, FI, PP, EWM, and other SAP modules.
- Experience creating functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
- Experience with testing, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Experience supporting production environments, incident management, and change request delivery.
- Experience working within a globally governed SAP environment utilizing standardized templates and processes.
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori applications.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- SAP S/4HANA Certification in SAP SD.
- Experience with S/4HANA migrations, rollouts, or transformation programs.
- Exposure to Advanced ATP (aATP), Intercompany Sales, Third-Party Processing, and Consignment processes.
- Experience with EDI, customer integrations, or external order management systems.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, Embedded Analytics, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Basic ABAP debugging knowledge and familiarity with enhancement frameworks.
- Experience working with distributed global teams and offshore development teams.

- Working hours primarily aligned to the US Central Time Zone (CST), with flexibility to support APAC and European business requirements on an as-needed basis.
