Arla Foods is seeking a Master Production Planner for their Global Planning department in Aarhus, Denmark. This hybrid role involves coordinating between commercial and production sites to optimize milk and capacity utilization, leading the Sales & Operation Planning process, and driving continuous improvement within the dairy supply chain. A Master's degree in logistics or supply chain and experience with planning systems are required.

Ansvarsområden

Act as the coordinating link between commercial and production sites on tactical and strategical planning elements.
Manage Master Production Planning for a number of sites, balancing milk availability, capacity, and demand.
Prepare material and analysis for the monthly Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) process, including scenario planning.
Follow up on forecasts, stock levels, and production compliance to identify imbalances.
Lead and facilitate Plant Review Meetings and other stakeholder meetings.
Monitor network performance and drive corrective actions to optimize capacity utilization and fulfil demand.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions across planning functions to maximize Arla value creation.
Establish and maintain planning principles and parameters for the value chain.
Participate in cross-functional projects and challenge processes for continuous improvement.

Krav

Planning competencies.
Skilled communicator and strong stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, calm under pressure, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of the Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) process.
Knowledge of Arla’s planning systems (IBP/SAP/APO/BW).
Relevant education, e.g., a Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or similar.
Experience from a similar position.
