Emerson is seeking a Salesforce CRM Developer for an on-site role in Chandigarh, India. Responsibilities include providing Salesforce support, administering environments, configuring solutions using declarative tools and custom development (Apex, LWC), and supporting integrations. The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience with Salesforce configuration, development, and administration.

Ansvarsområden

Provide Salesforce CRM support (break/fix, configuration, enhancements, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting).
Administer Salesforce environments including user management, security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access.
Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and custom development.
Build and maintain flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation.
Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integrations.
Support CRM enhancements, releases, and deployments.
Proactively monitor system health, usage trends, and data quality.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into CRM solutions.
Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

Krav

3–6 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM administration and/or development.
Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, security model, and standard CRM objects.
Hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience building Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), and validation rules.
Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (Experience Cloud a plus).
Understanding of Salesforce release management, environments, and deployment tools.
Experience working with integrations, data migration, and data quality best practices.
Solid understanding of CRM best practices, scalable design principles, and governance.

VS Code, Salesforce DX, Git basics usage.
REST/SOAP APIs, middleware exposure.
Ability to translate business needs into solutions.
