We are seeking a Sales Support Analyst in Tlalnepantla, Mexico, to provide commercial and operational support to distribution partners across Latin America. This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving order-related requests, and ensuring efficient support through digital platforms, playing a key role in sales channel support and customer experience improvement.

Ansvarsområden

Provide order management and commercial support to distributors and channel partners in Latin America.
Manage and resolve customer inquiries, tickets, complaints, and non-standard order-related requests.
Support order-related activities including logistics, documentation, invoicing, credit holds, and export control.
Manage and support the use of Alfa Laval’s e-commerce platforms.
Provide basic technical and product guidance, coordinating with specialists.
Support partner registration, platform access, and digital tool onboarding.
Conduct virtual training sessions for distributors on digital tools.
Prepare operational reports and monitor service performance for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Channel Managers, Sales, Finance, Logistics, and other internal stakeholders.
Contribute to a positive customer experience with ownership and responsiveness.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Administration, Comex, Logistics, or International businesses.
At least 2 years of experience in order support, customer support, e-commerce operations, sales support, or similar B2B roles.
Experience handling customer inquiries, support tickets, complaints, and complex operational requests.
Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital sales tools, or order management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Fluent Spanish.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
Previous experience in industrial or multinational environments is desirable.
