Ansvarsområden

Support the development, maintenance, and governance of data used in Internal Ratings-Based (IRB) risk modelling.
Contribute to improving data quality controls, monitoring processes, and remediation activities across modelling datasets.
Assist in ensuring compliance with BCBS 239 principles, focusing on risk data aggregation, reporting, accuracy, and governance.
Help document and maintain data lineage, data definitions, and data flows related to risk modelling.
Analyze data using SQL and other analytical tools to identify anomalies, investigate data quality issues, support monitoring activities, and document findings.
Attend traineeship for a year full-/part time.

Krav

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or be currently pursuing one.
Experience working on coding projects through studies, personal projects, or professional experience, using SQL, Python, or similar analytical languages.
The ability to extract, combine, aggregate, and validate data using SQL.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
A willingness to learn and navigate complex regulatory requirements, including BCBS 239 and internal model governance.
A genuine interest in risk modelling and how models are governed within the banking sector.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
