IKEA Plan & Order Point Galway is seeking a Sales Specialist to assist customers with designing kitchens and wardrobes using innovative planning tools. The role involves engaging customers, supporting sales, providing accurate quotes, and securing payments, with a starting salary of €33,800 per annum.

Ansvarsområden

Actively engage with customers to identify needs and inspire them with home furnishing solutions.
Support increasing sales by ensuring areas are clean, well-presented, and easy to shop.
Kitchen Planning & Designing for up to 2 hours, with an additional 30-60 minutes for accurate plans and quotations.
Respond to customer emails and secure payments both in-store and remotely.

Krav

Ability to conduct sales discussions with ease.
Experience in a customer and commercial-oriented business, with an interest in people’s everyday life at home within their kitchen.
Capacity to take personal initiatives and respond well to changes.
Ability to find solutions to complex problems and communicate them to the customer.
Skilled in using computer software.

Önskade kvalifikationer

The Start Date of employment will be end of October/beginning of November 2026.
Training will involve travel to IKEA Dublin store for 2 weeks, fully funded by IKEA.
Flexibility to match life and business needs can be discussed.
