We are seeking a Sales Leader W&W in Shanghai for a full-time position. This role involves defining business strategy, driving sales and business development activities to foster customer loyalty, and forecasting sales and budgets. The position requires managing and motivating the sales team and developing distributor channels.

Ansvarsområden

Define the business strategy and plan for assigned area of responsibility.
Develop the business by driving relevant sales and business development activities.
Forecasts sales and budget and monitor progress against objectives.
Optimize sales efficiency of the team and enhance team competencies.
Lead the sales team, giving direction and ensuring performance.
Develop, motivate and manage distributor channel network.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably majored in engineering or related.
>15 years’ experience working on product and application in similar market.
>5 years’ team management experience.
Multinational B2B company background.
Able to engage & interact effectively with internal & external stakeholders.
Influencing and facilitation skill.
Fluent verbal and written English.
Good presentation & communication skills.
