Ansvarsområden
- Manage the sales consultant team’s daily activities and evaluate team performance.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize business results.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials and training programs for sales teams.
- Respond to customer and sales staff inquiries related to Optimization product lines.
Krav
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sales and marketing of technical, industrial equipment.
- Proven ability to successfully achieve sales goals and implement business development planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Self-directed team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to travel to support sales activities.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 4-year Engineering, Business, or Marketing degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in audit services within Compressed air is preferred.
- Experience in C4C and SAP applications is an advantage.
