Provide Technical & Warranty administration support to Regional CTS Operations and Management. Resolve difficult service issues, coordinate special projects, and assist in technician development and local training initiatives. Role requires a degree or equivalent experience, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide Technical & Warranty administration support to Regional CTS Operations and Management.
  • Work with field service operations to resolve special and difficult service issues.
  • Coordinate special projects relating to customer support and Operations Team.
  • Review new products for service feasibility and required aftermarket resources.
  • Assist Service Managers in technician development and training.
  • Liaise with the Technical Support Competency Group for issue resolution.
  • Provide warranty administration support for Direct Operations, including claim review and RMA tracking.
  • Provide Technical Support for end users and direct customers to Field Service.
  • Perform assigned duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Krav

  • 3-5 years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing air compressors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in maintenance, overhaul, and repair of Atlas Copco compressors.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and relay logic.
  • Self-directed with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven business analysis skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Travel required (approx. 10-15%).

  • Minimum of a four-year degree in mechanical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience (e.g., 10+ years).
