Responsibilities
- Provide Technical & Warranty administration support to Regional CTS Operations and Management.
- Work with field service operations to resolve special and difficult service issues.
- Coordinate special projects relating to customer support and Operations Team.
- Review new products for service feasibility and required aftermarket resources.
- Assist Service Managers in technician development and training.
- Liaise with the Technical Support Competency Group for issue resolution.
- Provide warranty administration support for Direct Operations, including claim review and RMA tracking.
- Provide Technical Support for end users and direct customers to Field Service.
- Perform assigned duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing air compressors.
- Demonstrated expertise in maintenance, overhaul, and repair of Atlas Copco compressors.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and relay logic.
- Self-directed with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven business analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Travel required (approx. 10-15%).
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of a four-year degree in mechanical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience (e.g., 10+ years).
