The Regional Security Manager is responsible for overseeing physical security operations for a global client account, managing a team of security managers, and ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering effective security solutions.

Ansvarsområden

Deliver effective and efficient physical security operations and programs.
Manage a team of Campus Security Managers and Security Team Managers.
Verify compliance with security procedures, standards, policies, and best practices.
Support regulatory, industry, and contractual audits.
Manage and review security reports and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Provide detailed security management and status reports to client management and key stakeholders.
Communicate issues to client management and provide recommendations for resolution.
Develop, manage, and maintain security-related processes, procedures, training, and improvement plans.
Collaborate with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
Contribute to the long-term strategy and goals of security operations.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management or related field, or five years of experience in corporate security, military, or law enforcement.
Five years of well-documented managerial experience in security operations, service planning, service development, or related operational field.
Proficient and familiar in the use of Microsoft products.
Understanding of security operations, including Security Operations Center (SOC) operations and procedures.
Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
High School Diploma.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a reliable means of communication and transportation.
Must have the legal right to work in the country where they reside.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP are preferred.
Datacenter experience is preferred.
Current passport or ability to obtain one.
Willingness to work evening or weekend hours when required.
Ability to lead a team in analytical planning, critical review, and problem solving.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain professional composure under stress.
Strong customer service and service delivery orientation.
Ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.
