Emerson is looking for a Project Manager in Stafford, TX, to oversee customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and profitability. This on-site role requires managing project scope, leading cross-functional teams, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Ansvarsområden

Coordinate large, highly sophisticated and/or multinational projects.
Negotiate project scope, change orders, terms and conditions with internal and external parties.
Lead internal and external communication meetings, including customer kickoff meetings.
Ensure PO-to-Quote reconciliation and resolve issues prior to PO Acceptance.
Develop and own the Project Plan, including schedules, procurement, execution, financial targets, resources, and risk management.
Ensure alignment with the Customer on Emerson Commitment Date and Customer PO Dates.
Interface and connect with the Impact Partner, Contractor, and/or Customer to provide updates.
Provide leadership for a project team comprising project administration, order administration, engineering, and factory personnel.

Krav

BA or BS Degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of direct Project Management experience; or 5+ years of Order Engineering, Customer Service, Applications Engineering, or Engineering experience in lieu of direct Project Management experience.
Ability to act decisively in unpredictable situations.
Ability to adjust communication content and style to meet team member needs.
Ability to create and implement plans that allocate resources precisely.
Ability to understand different approaches for different situations.
Ability to find common ground and acceptable alternatives that satisfy multiple partners.
Ability to serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable relationships with key accounts.
