Ericsson is seeking a Student Java Developer for their Network Management Engineering team in Budapest. This hybrid role offers hands-on experience in the full software development lifecycle, working with a modern tech stack including Java, Docker, and Kubernetes. The position requires enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program and a minimum 6-month on-site commitment.

Ansvarsområden

Gain hands-on experience in development and test automation.
Own the full software development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, integration, release, and documentation.
Write clean, high-quality, maintainable code.
Test and document developed features with care and precision.
Handle bug reports related to team-developed features.
Work with technologies including Java/JEE, JBoss, Maven/Gradle, Git/Gerrit, bash/shell scripting, Python, JavaScript, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Utilize CI/Test technologies like JUnit, Arquillian, Groovy, TAF, Jenkins, SonarQube.
Be part of a highly collaborative and innovative team.

Krav

Enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a Hungarian university in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Availability to work on-site at Ericsson for at least 6 consecutive months.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Self-motivation and team spirit.
Flexible attitude and clear quality focus.
Experience with Java.
Interest in and experience with software testing.
Proficiency in AI tools and technologies.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and take on challenges.
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
