Saab, Inc. is seeking a Program Performance Management Analyst to analyze program performance, develop budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts. This role involves assessing and mitigating cost and schedule risks, ensuring accurate funding management, and collaborating with internal/external teams. The position is eligible for full-time remote work.

Ansvarsområden

  • Analyze program performance in compliance with contractual and government guidelines.
  • Develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial analyses.
  • Assess and mitigate cost and schedule risks.
  • Ensure accurate funding management and baseline control throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Apply company policies and procedures to resolve issues.
  • Determine course of action based on guidelines and modify processes as required.
  • Build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems.
  • Provide standard professional advice and create initial reports/analyzes for review.

Krav

  • Bachelors degree and 2+ years related experience OR equivalent work experience.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to resolve business needs with technology solutions.
  • Comfortable presenting content to customers (internal or external) and/or others.
  • Ability to perform as an integral part of a team.
  • Solid organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of project management processes and practices, including Earned Value.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Project and Excel.
  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Understanding of financial reporting practices and terminology.
  • Understanding of manufacturing management processes and practices.
  • Working knowledge of Deltek COBRA tool used for managing project costs and measuring performance, and analyzing budgets, actuals and forecasts.
  • Understanding of Risk and Opportunity Management.
