I korthet
Vi söker en Product Quality Case Builder för domänen Digitala tjänster och produkter samt för delar av hjullastarsystemen. Du övervakar kvalitetssituationen i fältet och arbetar med produktunderhållsteam för att driva produktkvalitet. Rollen innebär att definiera och kvantifiera kvalitetsproblem, identifiera problem på alla marknader och driva fall genom definierings- och mätfaserna.
Ansvarsområden
- Monitor field quality situation for Digital services/products and Wheel loader systems.
- Work closely with Product Maintenance teams and sales regions to drive product quality.
- Define and quantify product quality issues in a fact-based way.
- Monitor field statistics to identify issues and initiate Quality Cases.
- Drive Quality Cases through the Define and Measure phases.
- Create and interpret statistical data and information.
- Prioritize quality issues and request technical material via the parts return process.
- Support the Product Maintenance team in PM and TFR meetings.
- Chair cross-functional Field Quality meetings.
- Initiate and/or evaluate Special Commitments.
- Analyze data for decision-making.
- Calculate costs for Special Commitments.
- Support Service Bulletin work.
- Contribute competence and expertise, collaborating cross-functionally.
- Question the status quo and seek continuous improvements.
- Inspire and motivate peers.
Krav
- Bachelor of Science within Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience of Volvo Digital Services and products is required.
- Experience of the Wheel loader product line-up is required.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and networking capabilities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- The location for this position is in Europe.
