As a Product Owner for Emerson's global Systems and Software organization, you will be instrumental in developing innovative software solutions for the process automation industry. This hybrid role in Mandaluyong requires collaboration with product, business, and technology teams to translate needs into valuable outcomes within a SAFe Agile environment.

Ansvarsområden

Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to understand product vision, customer needs, business objectives, and roadmap priorities.
Translate requirements into actionable direction for development teams.
Support Program Increment (PI) planning by refining features and user stories, identifying dependencies and risks.
Manage and refine the team backlog to balance customer value, business priorities, technical requirements, and team capacity.
Develop clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting requirements.
Communicate customer impact and business value of planned functionality.
Gather and incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback.
Collaborate across development, quality, architecture, operations, and security teams.
Review completed work against acceptance criteria and intended business results.
Communicate effectively with global stakeholders regarding priorities, progress, and risks.
Contribute to the improvement of Agile practices, team collaboration, and delivery effectiveness.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, software delivery, or a similar role.
Experience managing product backlogs, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and supporting iterative software development.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe practices.
Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Strong planning, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to collaborate with global stakeholders across different time zones.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience serving as a Product Owner for SaaS, cloud-based, or enterprise software solutions.
Experience working within a SAFe environment, including participation in Program Increment planning and execution.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar product backlog and lifecycle management tools.
Knowledge of industrial automation, SCADA, distributed control systems, IoT, IIoT, telemetry, or operational technology environments.
Experience collaborating with globally distributed product and engineering teams.
Relevant Agile or Product Ownership certifications, such as SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or similar credentials.
