Tetra Pak is looking for a Processing Sales Manager to manage and develop customer relationships for their Processing Solutions & Equipment business in Canada. This role requires fluency in both French and English, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 5 years of experience in the food processing industry to drive sales and customer growth.

Ansvarsområden

Drive mutual sustainable growth for both New Sales and existing customers by driving a cross-functional team to build strong customer relationships while identifying and capturing short, medium and long-term business opportunities.
Be responsible for promoting Tetra Pak Processing technology and solutions, defining needs, and qualifying opportunities with existing and new accounts.
Establish strategies and lead the implementation of the action plans towards Tetra Pak accounts.
Drive up-to-date knowledge of Tetra Pak's New Sales and Services portfolio within customers and ensure that the relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed in full, meets competitiveness requirements and delivers a strong value proposition.
Drive improved understanding of customers’ overall business and requirements, and articulate customer needs across Tetra Pak organization.
Record and follow up on opportunities in a timely fashion.
Participate to industry meetings and maintain a network of connections through social networking, industry events, etc…
Support and guide the project engineering group and coordinate cross functional activities.
Prepare, deliver and follow up on quotations to customer expectations.
Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customer.
Help guide team members in regard to liquid food and dairy processing to secure that they match customer needs.

Krav

A Bachelor’s degree is required, Engineering degree is preferred
At least 5 years of experience in the Food Processing Industry
Working knowledge and experience of Food Processing engineering, Business and Sales Management
Ability and desire to stay at the forefront of the industry with an understanding of the market and technology trends
Fluent and clear communication in English and French required
Experience working with customers is required
Inquisitive and a critical thinker
Customer focused
Able to learn quickly and adapt to change
Able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $150,000 – $200,000 CAD
Eligible to performance incentive of 18% of ABS
