Autoliv is looking for a Plant Quality Manager in Fahs, Tunisia. The role involves developing and leading the plant quality strategy, ensuring compliance with standards, overseeing quality functions, and driving continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of manufacturing experience, including 5 years in quality and 3 years in people leadership, are required.

Ansvarsområden

Lead and develop the plant quality organization (Supplier Quality, Production Quality, Customer Quality, Quality Systems, Audits, COP, and Project Quality teams).
Drive a strong quality culture focused on Zero Defect production and delivery.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, IATF standards, internal audits, process controls, PPAP activities, and traceability systems.
Manage quality performance through KPIs, corrective actions, problem-solving activities, and continuous improvement programs.
Lead customer escalations, crisis management activities, task forces, and root-cause investigations.
Partner with plant leadership to establish and maintain quality standards and operational excellence.
Support supplier quality development and ensure robust quality processes throughout the supply chain.
Develop talent, build high-performing teams, and coach future quality leaders.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience.
At least 5 years of experience within a Quality function.
Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment facing operational and quality challenges.
Strong background managing customer complaints, escalations, crisis situations, and cross-functional task forces.
Proven success in building, developing, and leading quality teams.
Solid knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive quality systems.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
