I korthet

This Master Thesis project at Ericsson's Consumer & Industry Lab will investigate network capabilities and user-perceived Quality of Experience (QoE) for AI/AR glasses. The student will develop a feasibility report and conduct user tests to measure QoE for selected use cases.

Ansvarsområden

Identify key network features, performance thresholds, and challenges in defining end-user Quality of Experience (QoE) for selected AI/AR glasses use cases.
Consider whether biometric measurements could be relevant to the scope.
Develop a feasibility report that answers the research question and proposes suitable ways to measure QoE for the selected use case(s).
Conduct user tests to measure QoE and document the results in the final report.

Krav

Master’s student with strong academic performance.
Good knowledge of Unity, Unreal, OpenXR, Android XR, and AR/VR programming.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience developing applications for Meta Quest headsets or working with AR glasses is an advantage.
