Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the plant quality organization (Supplier Quality, Production Quality, Customer Quality, Quality Systems, Audits, COP, and Project Quality teams).
- Drive a strong quality culture focused on Zero Defect production and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, IATF standards, internal audits, process controls, PPAP activities, and traceability systems.
- Manage quality performance through KPIs, corrective actions, problem-solving activities, and continuous improvement programs.
- Lead customer escalations, crisis management activities, task forces, and root-cause investigations.
- Partner with plant leadership to establish and maintain quality standards and operational excellence.
- Support supplier quality development and ensure robust quality processes throughout the supply chain.
- Develop talent, build high-performing teams, and coach future quality leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience.
- At least 5 years of experience within a Quality function.
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment facing operational and quality challenges.
- Strong background managing customer complaints, escalations, crisis situations, and cross-functional task forces.
- Proven success in building, developing, and leading quality teams.
- Solid knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive quality systems.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
