This hybrid role in Mandaluyong, Philippines, seeks a Payroll Operations Supervisor to oversee payroll operations across assigned APAC countries within an outsourced environment. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery, manage vendor performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while supporting a positive employee experience.

Ansvarsområden

Lead and oversee payroll operations across assigned APAC countries, ensuring vendors deliver accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services.
Monitor payroll performance, operational controls, service delivery, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure payroll obligations are met.
Manage escalated payroll, compliance, and service-related issues, driving timely resolution.
Serve as the primary escalation point for business units, payroll vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation, tax regulations, labor requirements, and statutory obligations.
Lead payroll-related system enhancements, interface changes, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, coach, and develop team members.
Support strategic projects, vendor governance, workforce planning, management reporting, and initiatives that drive operational excellence.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5-7 years of payroll operations experience, including APAC payroll exposure.
Minimum 2-3 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, payroll controls, statutory compliance requirements, and payroll vendor management.
Experience managing service delivery and operational performance metrics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Multi-country APAC payroll experience is a plus.
Experience working with outsourced payroll providers is a plus.
Experience in Human Resource Information System, payroll implementation, or project management is a plus.
Knowledge of Dayforce, SAP, Workday, or similar HCM platforms is a plus.
