Ansvarsområden

Daily release of customer orders, including auto, mass, and manual release orders.
Daily review of suspended orders and execute cancellations as needed.
Source items by working with Inventory, Purchasing, or Warehouse teams.
Resolve order issues such as incorrect addresses or shipping instructions.
Resolve allocation problems daily, including suspended orders or cycle count issues.
Daily review and resolution of outstanding orders requiring source changes, PO/DRP links, or new order placements.
Weekly review of 'Hold till complete' orders for inventory availability or PO/DRP creation.
Review and resolve LPS tickets related to expediting orders and shipment discrepancies daily.
Expedite Unit Down Orders daily.
Resolve Sales orders that did not generate Purchase Orders in System 21 daily.
Quarterly review and maintenance of Customer Masters.
Weekly communication to internal/external customers regarding progress on open orders.

Krav

Diploma in Logistics Management or Bachelor's in Logistics.
3 to 5 years of work experience in a supply chain or customer service environment.
Strong Customer service background.
Strong knowledge of Logistics Systems and Supply Chain understanding.
Good knowledge of ERP systems and business management tools (System 21/ Aurora / Maximo, etc.).
Competent in MS Excel.
Ability to perform logical data analysis and problem-solving.
