We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist for a part-time, on-site role in Helsingborg. The position involves investigating product complaints, analyzing quality data to identify root causes, and ensuring high quality standards in a global consumer healthcare company.

Ansvarsområden

Coordinate, assign, and review quality control inspection activities.
Investigate complaints and inspect returned products to find the root cause.
Collect and analyze quality data, and prepare statistical reports on quality control results.
Train and support team members to ensure quality standards are followed.
Coach employees on quality assurance practices and procedures.

Krav

Experience of quality control and inspection.
Experience of complaint investigation and root cause analysis.
Data analysis and reporting skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience from the pharmaceutical, medical device or consumer health industry.
Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement.
Experience of training and coaching.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A strategic mindset with focus on results.
