Ameristar Perimeter Security USA seeks an Operator for tube mill operations in Tulsa, OK, focusing on continuous production, quality checks, and equipment maintenance. This is a first shift, entry-level, on-site position.

Ansvarsområden

Operate tube mill equipment to ensure continuous operation.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S).
Cross-train team members on parts programming and mill setups.
Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on process and equipment.
Coordinate daily and weekly activities with the department supervisor.
Perform visual and manual quality checks of finished products.
Minimize scrap and work with maintenance to resolve issues.
Document downtime for KPI tracking.

Krav

High School diploma or GED Equivalent.
Good mechanical aptitude.
Experience using special measuring devices (micrometer, calipers, tape measure).
Ability to read set up charts supplied by OEM and interpret them for tooling adjustments.
Ability to change out cut off jaws, blades, and refill oil levels.
Demonstrated ability to meet negotiated time frames of scheduling.
Ability to document downtime through a reporting system.
Good communication skills with coworkers and material handlers.
Ability to think and react to schedule changes and mill conditions.
Ability to be a contributing and valued team member for continuous improvement.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in using special measuring devices.
Ability to interpret OEM setup charts for roll tooling adjustments.
