Ansvarsområden

Lead day-to-day Fulfilment Operations to ensure safe, efficient, and structured execution across inbound, outbound, and service operations.
Coach and develop the team, fostering a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive culture.
Drive team engagement and morale through open communication and recognition.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external providers to maximize goods availability and customer order fulfilment.
Identify and implement opportunities for operational simplification and productivity improvement using data and business insights.
Manage resources and operational expenses to maximize efficiency and drive profitability.
Ensure compliance with IKEA code of conduct, SOPs, internal regulations, and local legislation regarding health, safety, and security.

Krav

Experience leading medium to large operational or logistics teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Ability to guide teams through transformation and operational improvements while maintaining engagement and performance.
Proven ability to bring structure and stability to fast-paced environments.
Skills in creating clear priorities, strong routines, and accountability.
Experience collaborating with and influencing a broad range of stakeholders.
A growth mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
Pre-employment checks, including a National Police Check.
