An Operation Development Specialist is sought for the Monza site to lead strategic projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational performance and executing Alfa Laval's strategy. The role involves developing processes and technologies, delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and coordinating Lean Six Sigma projects.

Ansvarsområden

Lead and coordinate strategic projects, roadmaps, and initiatives supporting Alfa Laval’s strategy and organizational performance.
Act as a proactive partner to factories and sites, supporting and facilitating the rollout of strategy and enabling sustainable improvements.
Develop and continuously improve processes, technologies, and management systems, providing fact-based support for decisions.
Lead or contribute to projects focused on operational performance, process improvement, and technology, delivering measurable improvements.
Manage assigned projects to deliver agreed scope, specifications, timing, and budget.
Report project status, risks, issues, and decisions.
Investigate, assess, and support existing technologies, processes, and management systems.
Advise and support line management and contribute to projects within the specialist area.
Develop and maintain internal and external networks.
Apply, standardize, and promote relevant tools, methods, and ways of working.
Coordinate, facilitate, and coach Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC and PROMAL.
Collaborate with local ALPS Drivers for alignment and knowledge sharing.
Support the change organization and transformation strategy.
Contribute to capability building through training, coaching, and knowledge transfer.
Identify, document, and share best practices.

Krav

Strategic and operational project management skills.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
Experience in process, technology, and management system development.
Skills in change management and stakeholder engagement.
Data-driven decision making and performance management abilities.
Proven experience leading strategic or operational development projects.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or a technology-driven environment.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, ALPS, or equivalent operational excellence methodologies.

Förmåner

Total compensation package considered.
Compensation relies on market indicators, job family, background, skills, and experience.
Starting base salary of 40,000€.
CCNL METALWORKING agreement applies.
