Atlas Copco is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Shanghai to act as the engineering contact for customer order handling of compressor and expansion turbine applications. Ansvarsområden
- Act as engineering contact with customers during order handling of compressor and expansion turbine applications.
- Perform detail engineering, including issuing technical specifications, evaluating quotations, and releasing drawings and bills of material.
- Develop technical solutions to achieve cost targets for components.
- Support application, sales, sourcing, and production teams with technical solutions.
- Provide technical support for erection and commissioning.
- Participate in customer meetings and support project managers.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Krav
- University degree or above in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- More than 3 years of experience in a multinational or exporting machinery company, with experience in package design, order handling, and project management.
- Technical knowledge in design, packaging, quality, and operation procedures of tailor-made machines, preferably with integrally geared centrifugal compressors.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Willingness to travel.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Sound knowledge in thermodynamics and aerodynamics are strongly preferred.
