I korthet

The Managing Director is accountable for achieving financial and operational objectives, ensuring compliance, and participating in strategic planning. This role oversees daily business operations and performance for multiple business entities, directly or indirectly through General Managers.

Ansvarsområden

Oversee daily operations of assigned business unit(s).
Create and implement strategies for business growth and resource utilization.
Develop and monitor key performance goals and KPIs.
Provide direct management of key functional leaders and engage in talent development.
Ensure the delivery and quality of company offerings to customers.
Drive initiatives for improvements in operational excellence.
Engage in key customer activities.
Evaluate and decide upon key investments.
Act as a role model for behavior, communication, compliance, and company culture.
Operate motor vehicle for local travel to locations, customer, or vendor sites.
Perform other duties as required.
Regular attendance at the workplace is required.
Occasional travel, including overnight and potentially international travel, is required.

Krav

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or similar.
A minimum of eight (8) years of comprehensive leadership experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or commercial installation/service business is preferred.
Comprehensive understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc).
At least five (5) years of P&L accountability.
Proficiency in ERP systems to effectively extract and analyze supply chain, manufacturing, and sales data.
Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office products; proficiency at an intermediate level for both Word and Excel is essential.
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
Valid Driver License and acceptable driving record.
Valid Passport and ability to travel internationally may be required.
