Manager, People Programs & Workforce Transformation will lead the end-to-end talent lifecycle for GO-AI's associate workforce, focusing on engagement, performance management, AI upskilling, and leadership development. This role is key to transforming the workforce for an AI-augmented future, designing certification frameworks and career paths while managing a distributed team across India and Costa Rica.

Ansvarsområden

Own and evolve talent programs across Talent Development, Instructional Design, Internal Communications, and Data Insights.
Manage the high-volume hiring pipeline for annotation associates, including assessment design and onboarding.
Develop and implement the AI workforce readiness strategy, including upskilling curriculum and digital learning paths.
Define career architecture for evolving roles, establishing progression criteria and readiness assessments.
Design and maintain competency certification frameworks for workforce movement.
Drive leadership development programs and measure leadership effectiveness.
Own retention and engagement levers, including employee sentiment platforms and recognition programs.
Lead and develop a geographically distributed team across India and Costa Rica.

Krav

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of team management experience
6+ years of learning & development, talent management, or program management experience
Experience managing complex curriculum portfolios or learning solution lifecycles for large learner populations (1,000+)
Experience designing competency or certification frameworks at scale
Experience managing programs across multiple geographies and cultures

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in AI/ML operations, data annotation, or expert workforce environments
Experience with workforce mobility, internal talent marketplace, or skills-based talent systems
Experience with high-volume associate hiring pipelines including assessment design and onboarding program ownership
Experience deploying AI-enabled learning tools (LLM-based training, adaptive learning platforms, AI-powered content generation)
Experience driving cultural engagement and retention programs
