Manage teams and processes for Operations as a Service (OaaS) within the North America Supply Chain (NASC) at Amazon. Ansvarsområden

Own business metrics, process performance, and continuous improvement.
Partner with stakeholders across geographies to understand business priorities and align execution.
Onboard and stabilize new processes; identify and eliminate root causes of defects.
Analyze trends and gaps; provide insights for business reviews.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and scalable solutions.
Establish and maintain SOPs, processes, and tools for consistent execution.
Set goals, coach, and develop associates, SMEs, and ICs.
Participate in hiring to build team capability.
Ensure schedule adherence and accurate tracking of productive/non-productive time.
Flexibility to work in 24x7 shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Krav

Experience in team management.
Graduate in any discipline.
3+ years of experience managing teams and partnering with customers and stakeholders.
2+ years of independently managing a function or process.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective verbal and written business communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Graduate in any discipline with 6+ years of overall work experience.
Working knowledge of AI/ML and experience identifying and implementing AI, automation, or data-driven solutions.
MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institution.
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
PMP/PRINCE2 certification.
