Manage multiple teams of investigation specialists (~70-80 headcount) investigating buyer/seller transactions.
Provide leadership and administrative support to teams, focusing on people development.
Minimize bad debt by meeting decision quality targets and exceeding service levels.
Participate in strategic planning and project road mapping activities.
Represent team performance at global platforms and facilitate solutions based on metrics.
Ensure team delivers as per plan and onboard resources.
Drive process improvements in quality, productivity, or customer experience.
Enable team to deliver on improvements and ensure timely delivery of roadmap projects.
Develop career and skills of managers and investigators through feedback loops.
Set up governance mechanisms on people processes and identify training needs.
Create roadmaps for improvement areas and career aspirations, tracking adherence.
Hire top talent for teams and Amazon, acting as a mentor.
Communicate with multiple stakeholders and support functions for smooth process delivery.
Stay updated on retail industry trends and fraud issues, ensuring Amazon leads in prevention.

Krav

3+ years of operations, risk, fraud investigations industry experience.
Proven track record managing complex investigation workflows with high SLA requirements (90%+).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience partnering with Product and Technology teams to deploy automation and AI solutions.
Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive decisions and measure performance.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in intellectual property enforcement, brand protection, trust & safety, or fraud detection operations.
SQL proficiency and advanced data analytics capabilities for defect pattern analysis and capacity forecasting.
Lean/Six Sigma certification with demonstrated process optimization expertise.
Understanding of ML/AI capabilities, model accuracy evaluation, and automation deployment.
