Ansvarsområden
- Works on equipment maintenance including breakdown maintenance
- Maintain machines as per AM/ PM logs
- Ensure proper equipment work during the shift and correct anomalies in case of breakdown
- Perform preventive and corrective activities at equipment according to maintenance plans
- Follow production safety rules
- Work according to existing procedures/standards
- Receive and sort spare parts, consumables/supplies as per SOP and 5S standards
- Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance
- Maintain MDM request
- Update Equipment tree in SAP based on requests
- Attend to breakdowns onsite ensuring a rapid response and minimizing plant equipment and machine breakdown time
- Participate as a member in Maintenance Improvement teams
Krav
- Fresh Technical formation or Diploma in Engineering/Maintenance
- 2-3 years’ experience in Maintenance/Spare Parts
- SAP basic knowledge
- WCM skills for breakdown/Anomaly analysis
- Experience and skills in identifying Root Cause and develop countermeasures to address machine issues
- Machine technical knowledge
- Production process knowledge is preferred
