Emerson is seeking a Junior Project Proposal Engineer in Székesfehérvár, Hungary, to collaborate with sales and technical teams in developing high-quality proposals. This hybrid role requires proficient English and German language skills, a technical background, and a strong customer-focused approach to deliver effective solutions and support business growth.

Ansvarsområden

Collaborate with Outside Sales Engineers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and manufacturing sites to deliver technical solutions and customer service.
Review customer inquiries and develop technical and commercial proposals aligned with requirements and Emerson standards.
Participate in proposal kick-off calls/meetings to align on scope, technical solutions, and expectations.
Prepare documentation for order entry into business systems for smooth order execution.
Process change order requests in line with established change management processes.
Follow up on submitted quotations and support sales teams in closing opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of workflows and proposal activities.
Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities.
Practice and promote a strong 'Customer Thinking' mindset.

Krav

Proficient English and German communication skills, both written and spoken.
A technical or engineering background (mechanical, industrial, chemical, or similar fields).
Ability to organize work independently and contribute positively as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to understand business drivers and apply this understanding to daily decisions and proposal activities.
Curiosity and analytical thinking.
