Transcom is seeking a Jr System Admin in Manila, Philippines, to provide functional support for their global Applicant Tracking System (Avature). This role involves managing system performance, user access, process adherence, and driving innovation to improve the candidate and recruiter experience within the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.

Ansvarsområden

Serve as system admin for the Avature Talent Acquisition Suite and integrations.
Review and action submissions in the global request log.
Support the implementation of Avature across Transcom.
Drive ATS development, standards, and implement automation and process enhancements.
Obtain expert knowledge in Avature and serve as a point of contact for local Superusers.
Make recommendations on system use or process enhancements.
Liaise with Avature account manager, Transcom Superusers, Talent Acquisition leaders, and IT.
Support virtual recruitment process optimization, including standardization of tests and sharing best practices.
Track implementation of new processes and standards.
Update and maintain user access and permissions.
Ensure GDPR adherence in the recruiting process.
Develop and implement a governance process.
Document processes and guide teams in smooth implementation.
Develop and deliver training sessions for new processes or system enhancements.
Ensure smooth and harmonized processes across all sites for standardized reporting.
Liaise with BI and IT teams as needed.
Support other Talent Acquisition products.

Krav

Prior SysAdmin experience with Avature ATS Suite strongly preferred.
5+ years Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on TA technology for large complex global organizations.
Experience with volume hiring in an automated and digitized manner.
Ability to communicate clearly in English - writing and verbally.
