Ansvarsområden

Conduct investigations using data analysis.
Pull data from databases (Excel, Access, SQL) for reporting and analysis.
Identify and minimize risks posed by fraud or abuse patterns.
Achieve weekly targets and quality standards for investigations.
Identify and eliminate root causes of defects in transportation operations.
Understand business impact of trends and make data-driven decisions.
Escalate problems or data variances to relevant owners.
Follow through on resolutions.
Meet productivity, quality, and hygiene metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver with accuracy.
Define SOPs, document new methods of abuse/frauds, and partner with stakeholders to close gaps.
Create narratives for weekly findings and present them.
Participate in ad-hoc projects.

Krav

Experience with operations, risk, and fraud investigations.
Experience using data to drive root cause analysis for business decisions with Excel or other analytical tools.
Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts.
Ability to identify and minimize risk posed by fraud or abuse patterns through data analysis and investigations.
Ability to identify patterns from investigations and data analysis to uncover areas of opportunity and highlight them to managers.
Ability to provide data analysis, conduct complex investigations and review investigations.
Ability to identify and eliminate root causes of defects to drive efficiency in operations by sharing insights from investigations and audits.
Ability to collaborate with multiple resources and carry out basic analyses to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness.
