Ansvarsområden
- Support daily HSE activities, including incident and recurrence management.
- Participate in WCM pillars and continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety and environmental performance.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing HSE KPIs (safety, compliance, environmental indicators).
- Contribute to loss analysis (incidents, near misses, environmental impacts) and support corrective/preventive actions.
- Support development of HSE data collection, reporting, and analysis tools.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve workplace safety, reduce environmental impact, and minimize waste.
- Provide administrative support to HSE.
Krav
- Degree (or currently pursuing) in “Tecniche della prevenzione nell'ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro” or “Environmental Engineering” or similar.
- Strong interest in Health, Safety & Environment topics.
- Good analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of HSE regulations.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Knowledge of ISO 45000 and ISO 14000 Management Systems or WCM principles is a plus.
