I korthet

Som Inventory Planner hos Sandviks division mobile crushing & screening optimerar du lagernivåer för råmaterial, pågående arbete och färdiga varor. Du analyserar efterfrågemönster och lagerprestanda för att säkerställa materialtillgänglighet och effektivisera leveranskedjan. Rollen kräver erfarenhet av lagerplanering, kunskap om ERP/MRP-system och goda Excel-färdigheter.

Ansvarsområden

Monitor inventory performance and identify risks related to shortages, excess stock, and obsolescence.
Develop replenishment plans and inventory strategies that balance customer requirements with inventory investment.
Collaborate with production planning, procurement and suppliers to secure continuity of supply.
Analyze performance metrics and maintain inventory dashboards and planning reports.
Support S&OP, demand planning, and activities that address capacity constraints.
Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, planning processes, system use, and obsolete and slow-moving inventory management.

Krav

Solid experience from inventory planning, materials planning, supply chain, or production planning in a manufacturing, engineering, distribution, or aftermarket environment.
Strong analytical approach, making sound decisions based on data, business insight, and changing supply needs.
Experience developing and implementing inventory control strategies that improve accuracy, availability, and service performance.
Knowledge of ERP or MRP planning systems and inventory management processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience collaborating across functions to resolve supply challenges and achieve shared outcomes.
A track record in forecasting, replenishment planning, supplier collaboration and obsolete and slow-moving inventory management.
Fluency in English, verbally and in writing.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge of inventory optimization and forecasting techniques.
Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
A relevant bachelor’s degree.
